There has been progress made due to a few select individuals who chose to contribute and this family has about half of what they need for Tristan. THIS IS AN ACHIEVABLE GOAL! Only a handful of people have helped so far with large amounts and more people helped with smaller amounts and already it has made a significant difference. The final donation date will be Tuesday, January the 5th. Please if you have not donated anything yet, do so NOW. Small contributions add up, even just a dollar will help out greatly believe it or not.
If you are a person who never needs a friend to do this type of thing for them then that is a great thing for you, however if you DID need help like this I'm sure you'd want someone to help you as well. Again even a small amount will be a significant help if alot of people are just willing to do that. If you haven't donated please don't think about doing it, just do it!
Finally, some people have asked about other ways to donate. Honestly I do not understand why, but some people act like they can't figure out how to use paypal, or as if they are afraid of it. In this day it is hard for me to believe anyone reading this does not know how to use the internet or paypal to make a payment with a debit or credit card, not only is it a faster way to transfer money instead of mailing a check, depositing, waiting for it to clear, etc. it's also more secure- the money goes direct from one account to another, there's no risk of losing the cash somewhere in the transfer etc. If you are one of the people who insists that they cannot figure out how to use paypal, then of course you can mail a check, cash, money order or whatever to:
However I would recommend just putting two minutes aside to learn how to use paypal instead. All you do is put in your email, a password, your cc info and put what amount- not hard at all, and for anyone who knows how to use the internet certainly not a challenge.
